program is to conduct research and educational activities on a broad range of aging
mental health service issues.
We are currently seeking a volunteer to help with a neuroimaging research study which

changes related to aging on disability in older adults with depression. As part of this
study, subjects are administered neuropsychological assessments, and may have the
opportunity to have an MRI scan of their brain.
Volunteer duties will include assisting with subject recruitment and developing
relationships with local mental health agencies, senior living facilities, and other
community groups. Additionally, this position will entail tracking recruitment data, data
entry, data coding and help with organizational duties. There will also be opportunities to
score a comprehensive battery of neuropsychological and psychological measurements,
and to conduct telephone screenings.
Although no prior experience is necessary to apply for this position, adherence to human
subject guidelines will be necessary (we will provide training for this). We are looking
for someone who can volunteer approximately 12-16 hours per week. The hours are
flexible within the broader clinic hours (9-5:30 Monday through Friday). This is an
